Re-Dedication Part 2
Some of you have been studying Spirit for many
years. Do you still remember when you first found
your Spiritual Truth? When you first started living by
Spiritual Law and with Intent? Do you get caught up
in the fact that this is old hat? Been there, done that?
Are you still searching for your joy? Are you living in
ego and judgment? How many times have I noticed
that sometimes the longer we have been working with
Spirit, the less we listen to those who are just opening
up and the words of wisdom they have to share. I
have been studying for so many years. I astral travel; I
bring through the ascended masters. My way is right!
When I sit on this healing stool, I am going to make
sure that the healer notices me. I am going to test the
medium. Not be open to receive for the highest and
best. Someone gave me a compliment stating that
they thought I was the best medium on the platform
that day and went on to tell me not only of the light
they saw around me, but also of what was wrong with
everyone else. As happy as my ego was to receive
such a compliment from someone who was much
more revered and experienced than I am, I was also
appalled at the judgement of the others. The
messages were not even for the persons making the
comments.
Sometimes my guides are not really kind. They are
ego busters. They make me look at myself and share
my human flaws and experiences as examples that
you might relate to. I encourage you to take that look
now inside yourself and see where you may be
working from ego and judgement instead of love.
Where you might be spreading negativity, instead of
joy. Where you may let go of the little things instantly
and focus on the positive. (Send that other drive love
and protection on their way.) And most importantly,
where you might add a daily ritual of prayer, song or
meditation for your own connection as well as
serving others. Please, take this opportunity to
rededicate yourself to Spirit this moment and try to
make it a part of your daily routine. Sing in the
morning. Say a prayer over your clothes for
protection and joy. Set your intent for the day. As you
go through the day, if someone challenges your
beliefs or offends you, forgive them instantly as you
do not know where they are coming from, or know
that they are working in their truth, as they see it. If
you have a problem with someone, center yourself,
then talk to them about it. Where can you take
responsibility to grow and change and where can you
let it go as their issue and not yours. Do not get
involved in tit for tat. Do not continue negativity or
encourage gossip even if it is veiled in truth. Sing
throughout the day. Meditate. Search for your joy.
Find what is it that really makes you happy. Actively
pursuing those things now. Find joy in the little
things? If something is missing in your life, or if
things have been difficult, remember to live in an
attitude of gratitude. Remembering to say thank you
for all that you currently have and for what others do
for you, even those that you pay to do things for you
like an assistant or your food server. Rededicate
yourself to finding Spirit in everything you do and
say. Rededicate to your joy. Rededicate yourself to
your evening rituals of release and thanksgiving.
What are your evening rituals? Do you numb out in
front of the TV? Do you watch the news? Do you
read? You know the old saying about not going to
bed angry? Maybe you can take time to forgive others
and yourself and release that every night. Maybe you
will sing, pray or meditate before going to sleep. How
could that change your quality of sleep?
Yes, I work with Spirit everyday. I do readings and
teach classes and help people on their path by
connecting with Spirit. But I was only doing it in my
little bubble to be of service to others in that moment.
I stopped doing it for myself. I stopped looking for joy
and I got caught up in what it takes to live on this
Earth with paperwork and financial concerns. I have rededicated my life to Spirit for every moment to the
best of my ability. I do not expect myself to be perfect.
I will get caught up again. But I will include at least my
morning and evening Spirit Rituals and try to do the
same in-between. I encourage you in your way on
your path to do the same.
Thank you for letting me share with you, and thank
Spirit for my lessons.
